Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you are at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and attracting top talent that fuels innovation and performance. You'll design data-driven hiring strategies, champion diversity initiatives, and create talent pipelines that position Nestle in Switzerland for success in a rapidly changing market. You'll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across different functions and geographies, influence decision-making, and help create a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including, candidate attraction and selection, interviewing & assessment, and offer management.

  • Execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Collaborate in the development of Talent Acquisition strategies and actively participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

  • Work seamlessly across functions and time zones to deliver an exceptional Talent Acquisition experience.

What will make you successful

  • Previous in house or Agency experience is essential with exposure to full cycle Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong capabilities in active sourcing, pipeline building, and conducting thorough market research.

  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage relationships with stakeholders across different time zones.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies,

  • Excellent communication, and facilitation skills, with a focus on active listening and team collaboration.

  • Curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in the English language is required; A high level of German is a definite asset.
