Your contribution to KPMG

· Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Redaktion von verschiedenen Berichten.
· Aktualisierung von Datensätzen in verschiedenen Datenbanken.
· Verantwortung für die Abwicklung der administrativen Prozesse für die Portfolios der Ihnen zugewiesenen Audit Manager.
· Kommunikation mit Audit Managern über den Status der Portfolios.
· Erstelle und formatiere Word Dokumente aller Art, wie zum Beispiel Auftragsbestätigungen und Annahmeerklärungen.
· Überarbeite PowerPoint Präsentationen gemäss neuestem Template und stelle sicher, dass die Inhalte konsistent sind.
· Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Abteilungen "Zentrales Backoffice", "Finanzen" und "Risk & Compliance".

· Sie verfügen über mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration und Koordination.
· Ihre mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind sehr gut.
· Zuverlässige, exakte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise.
· Multitasking-Fähigkeit und Belastbarkeit unter Druck.
· Serviceorientiert und eine ausgeprägte "Can-do"-Einstellung.
· Engagierte, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit, die gerne vorausdenkt und Verantwortung übernimmt.
