Product Development Intern (f/m/d)

The digital transformation is rapidly changing the energy industry. At Axpo, we are at the forefront of this transformation. We are looking for a motivated product development intern to contribute to our efforts in developing cutting-edge digital solutions enabling the energy transition.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of software, data, and AI engineers, data scientists, and UX experts to design and deliver digital products.
• Help assess stakeholder needs, gather customer requirements, and prioritize epics and user stories that maximize the business impact of our solutions.
• Assist with product research, market analysis, and preparation of stakeholder materials.
• Gain exposure to agile product development and participate in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, sprint review, etc.).

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in product management, digital technologies, and energy transition.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) tailored to tech-driven projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in English and German.
