Paralegal / Legal Officer

Title:Paralegal / Legal Officer (3–5 years) – Corporate Services – Zug

Kiltoprak Corporate Services SA is expanding its Zug office and is looking for a motivated Paralegal / Legal Officer to join our international corporate services team.

Your Responsibilities

• Corporate administration of Swiss and international client companies
• Preparation of corporate documents and maintenance of registers
• Coordination with Swiss notaries and the commercial registry
• Handling AMLA tasks: KYC checks, transaction monitoring, documentation review
• Daily support on corporate changes, incorporations and client requests
• Communication with banks, auditors and authorities

Your Profile

• 3–5 years’ experience as a paralegal / legal officer / fiduciary administrator in Switzerland
• Good understanding of Swiss corporate law and AML requirements
• Strong organisational and drafting skills Confident communication with clients and authorities
• Fluent English; good German (B2/C1) required
