Accounting Manager

Sunstyle AG, based in Bolligen, is an innovative Swiss company with an international footprint. We stand for quality, sustainability, and forward-looking solutions. To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and hands-on Accounting Manager reporting to the Finance Manager.

• Ownership of accurate end-to-end bookkeeping and financial records.
• Accounts payable (recording supplier invoices, visa checks, creating payment runs, reconciling open item lists).
• Accounts receivable (dunning, recording incoming payments, reconciling open item lists).
• Process expense receipts and credit card statements.
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end General Ledger closing activities.
• Prepare and review VAT filings and related documentation.
• Support of evaluation and implementation of new processes.
• Support for personnel recruitment and handling of onboarding and offboarding.
• Absence monitoring and vacation planning.
• Management of company vehicles, office supplies and equipment

• Completed higher business education (Bachelor’s degree or similar) with a focus on accounting, controlling, or finance.
• First professional experience in controlling or accounting.
• Strong numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Independent, pragmatic, and results-oriented working style with strong teamwork and social skills.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, monthly close, and VAT.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• Strong written German (correspondence with authorities and fiduciaries) and fluent English.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Abacus is a must.
