HR Business Partner 100%
The Kusnacht Practice is looking for a structured, proactive, and service-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team in Zollikon. In this key role, you will ensure smooth HR operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across the organisation. You will manage all HR administrative processes while contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture that reflects our values of trust, reliability, and integrity. This is an on-site position, based in Zollikon, ZH.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Provide professional guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, social insurance, and labour law
- Manage independently end-to-end recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managers
- Coordinate monthly payroll processes with Finance and external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support managers in performance management and contribute to identifying future leaders through succession plans
- Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee time tracking and absence management
- Prepare HR reports and statistics to support management decisions
- Actively contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement, talent development, and organisational culture, while promoting the implementation of best practices
- Completed Swiss Federal HR Specialist qualification (HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis) or equivalent HR degree
- 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally including recruitment
- Solid understanding of Swiss social insurances, labour law, tax regulations, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in HR information systems such as Personio, BambooHR or similar platforms
- Experience coordinating Swiss payroll processes; knowledge of systems such as Abacus and/or Bexio, or comparable Swiss payroll solutions, is an advantage
- Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level)
- Excellent MS Office skills and a strong digital mindset
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and hands-on, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
