We are currently seeking for one of our clients a:
Talent Acquisition Partner at 100% (M/F), based in the Vaud region
A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner
In collaboration with Line Managers, review job descriptions and define sourcing strategy for open positions
Counsel and guide Line Managers on the required technical competences & soft skills for the role, while collaborating with HR community
Post job advertisements using appropriate job boards, social networks and collaborate with recruitments agencies to source relevant candidates
Conduct screening and sourcing activities to identify the best talent in the markets
Lead job interviews promoting the company's Principles and values
Provide appropriate reporting on recruitment activities to Managers and to the Talent Acquisition team
Proactively drive talent mapping and constantly network to identify top talent for strategic positions
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience providing regular feedback to candidates
Participate in / lead some Talent Acquisition related projects
Functie-eisenWhat will make you successful
An experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment
University degree or equivalent
Fluent in English - French would be a plus
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint...) and experience in using professional social networks
Experience in stakeholder management
Problem solver mindset with strong business acumen
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Team player with a 'can do' attitude
