We enable our field service network to deliver state-of-the-art installation and compliance services, preventive and corrective maintenance; among other adding-value services. Your main tasks:
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our products
- Monitor warranty claims, support requests and spare parts consumption to identify improvement possibilities
- Create and process service relevant Change Requests
- Update service documentation, and spare parts information in the Product Lifecycle Management and other applicable systems
- Drive the phase-out process of spare parts and service tools
- Collaborate on product development projects
- Create service documentation
- Collaborate on the design of the training concept and generate training material
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience, preferably in electronics or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, or product care, for electronic instruments, ideally in chemical analysis, laboratory automation, or medical devices
- Attention to details, self-organized and teamwork skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken, proficiency level)
- Expertise using common MS Office products, as well as PLM (e.g. Windchill) and ERP (e.g. AX) systems.
- Ideally, basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks)
