Your Role:
- Ability to acquire, negotiate, influence and close qualified leads.
- Professional engagement to provide the best solution for the customer's home and lifestyle.
- Become an expert across our product range so that our clients are confident in the product features, models & technical details.
- Excelling at customer service and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers, builders and architects.
- Weekly face to face client meetings, product presentations and onsite consultations.
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clientele.
- Excellent time management skills; the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Can maintain a high level of accuracy with quotes, note-taking, contracts, record keeping.
- Communicate and engage in meetings across all departments.
- Liaising with clients on post-sale communication.
- Attending networking events and industry trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/ diploma in business or equivalent.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer relation skills; ability to establish credibility with employees, vendors, and customers.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understand, speak, read, and write in English (Swiss German) language.
