Senior Manager Security Switzerland
As Senior Manager Security Switzerland you are responsible for all security operations activities related to the protection of individuals, assets and property at the CSL Behring sites in Switzerland. You are part of a global function reporting to the Head of Entreprise Security and Supply Chain.
At the pulse of the global and local CSL Behring security organization, you contribute to the success of CSL Behring by ensuring high quality, effective and uninterrupted security coverage at predetermined levels. Your responsibilities furthermore include:
Developing, implementing and maintaining site-level security processes, practices and policies as well as establishing calibrated standards and controls
Owning security related crises and incidents and implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard personnel and assets, including intellectual property and trade secrets
Ensuring security related activities are executed in accordance with budgetary and strategic plans
Developing and delivering appropriate threat and awareness training as well as trainings necessary for compliance to security requirements
Continuously briefing senior management on status of security issues
Organizing, conducting and delivering written security assessment presentations and reports for the annual global security assessment plan to identify potential vulnerability and threats
Managing responses to issues involving troubling persons and situations and associated legal matters as needed and overseeing emergency management planning and training
Analyzing site security risk and initiating detailed recommended courses of action to improve security levels
Developing strong and trustful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly law enforcement and other regulatory agencies and as needed conducting investigations into security related breaches and incidents

Furthermore, you possess the following competencies:
Degree in Swiss Security, Security Management, Intelligence and/or Policy Analysis or other closely related fields and more than five years of relevant professional experience leading and executing high-level security responsibilities as well as three years of experience in people leadership
Demonstrated knowledge and best practices of security operations and ability to understand and apply risk and security concepts
Strong sense of urgency, self-awareness and adaptability
Results driven personality with strong grasp of the global team organization and the ability to identify security issues and customize solutions
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, diverse and resource-constrained environment
Preferably working knowledge of regulatory environments, compliance programs, analytics, intelligence and preventative security measures
Excellent interpersonal skills, writing and oral communication skills and proven success in presenting succinct, effective communications
Ability to create and deliver training programs effectively and to manage time effectively
