You are part of the Worldwide Marketing Team. Your main duty is ensuring a smooth roll-out of the worldwide monthly offers: you are involved during product selection & concept elaboration, you are making sure each marketing initiative is financially, logistically and technically feasible. You are preparing the presentation of the concept and once the concept is approved, you follow up and work together with the PartyLite marketing teams in each market to ensure proper implementation. Collecting feedback and supporting the business analyst colleague to analyze the results and implement learnings for future activities. Furthermore, you are also involved in the seasonal and monthly updates of the e-shop. Within the Worldwide Marketing Team, you will work on various projects and lead some of them.
You have an important coordination function between the Worldwide Marketing Team and the colleagues from DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), France, Italy, Nordic (Finland, Sweden and Norway) as well as North America (USA and Canada) and Australia.
Fluency in English is required (written and spoken). Any other European language is a plus. Your background is commercial or marketing with successful professional experience. You have a very good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Office in general. Working in a fast-paced environment is an appreciated challenge for you. You have managed effectively various smaller projects and know how to do a proper follow-up and you have a good sense of priorities and feel comfortable to work autonomously. Well-structured in your daily work, you are a digital oriented person and eager to learn new skills (experience with Magento is a plus). Excellent communication skills are a must and your hands-on mentality will help you to become successful in this position.
