Head of Finance and Controlling

We are seeking an ambitious, driven and experienced individual to play a key role within our Regional Management Team. The role can be based at in our locations in England (Redditch) or Switzerland (Buchs).


We are seeking an ambitious, driven and experienced individual to play a key role within our Regional Management Team reporting directly to Divisional Finance. The role can be based at any one of our locations within the European Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all Financial and Controlling activities in the Region, alongside supporting the SVP GEUR by producing consolidated key figures that allow for making Strategic Business Decisions.

The Head of Finance GEUR will be responsible for budget planning, cost control and forecasting whilst playing a critical role in supporting the SVP GEUR with driving the Region's strategy & success.


We are looking for someone with a proven track record of an extensive knowledge in the Financial field, with a working understanding of our Business Segment.

It is essential that the successful candidate has strong communication skills, both written and verbal and can challenge business decisions when necessary. A Strategic Partner who has the knowledge and understanding of our industry is a key factor in this role.

The role will require proficiency in the use of SAP & other Financial tools, accompanied by a relevant professional vocation. The successful candidate should act as role model, be confident, self-disciplined, enthusiastic, self-motivated with a can-do approach.
