We are looking for an Associate who is ready to work in Production support area (2nd & 3rd level support) & for JAVA Applications

Key Accountabilities
Job Requirements

  • Work on Incident resolution using application knowledge

  • Coordinate with business, L1, L3 and other teams for resolution

  • Release & deployment coordination

  • Participation in Root cause analysis for specific issues

  • Contribute to take over new applications in Production support area

  • Automate repetitive task with his technical skills

  • Generating reports for Business

  • Should accept a diverse culture of the team and should be a good team player

  • Monitor availability of the applications
Key Competencies

  • Job experience in a 2nd and 3rd level support or as JAVA Developer

  • worked in maintenance/development project

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a resilient and flexible manner

  • Should be able to manage pressure situations and coordinate well with end business users

  • Ability to lead and drive team discussions

  • Strong communication skills (English) - written and spoken & German is plus

  • Participate actively during Knowledge transition (KT sessions) and contribute 

  • Experienced in Core JAVA & J2EE technologies

  • Good Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL

  • Process of Incident Management

  • Knowledge with Incident Management tools

  • Several years of support, maintenance or development experience

  • Software development lifecycle experience

  • Proven Business and IT experience ideally supported with relevant professional qualifications

  • ANY JAVA or Advanced JAVA certificate

  • ITIL certification is an advantage

  • Graduate /post graduate in IT or computer science or similar academic degree.
