What does the role involve?
You take the ownership for the implementation and further development of our Quality Academy by ensuring a needs-based training and further education offer (Curriculum Management). In close collaboration with Q-Heads and HR Business Partners, you locate and customize global training as part of our global F & P Quality strategy. You design innovative development programs and concepts for the field of quality, where applicable use interactive tools (SharePoint / LMS FUSE / ..) for knowledge transfer. The Organization of interactive trainings on site and at global locations is part of the role. Where possible you carry out selected trainings. To constantly develop the Quality Academy you evaluate and improve the trainings and learning achievements regarding objective.
What you need is:
Successfully completed studies (pedagogy, business administration of advantage), ideally with focus on personnel, adult education or comparable education, background in quality is an advantage
2 - 5 years of experience in personnel development, training management, training design and training development in the industrial environment
Solid network of professional trainers from the business and industrial environment
Very structured and reliable working method, high service orientation, good bargaining and organizational skills
Very good communication skills at all hierarchical levels
Fluent in German and English
