Technical Support Group Specialist
The TSG Technician will have the following main responsibilities: to provide technical support on Information Technology environment for internal users and external customers. The position needs a technical mindset, to be flexible, willing to travel and to operate in a multinational team.
IT University degree/diploma preferred. ? Excellent German & English skills both verbal and written. Also Italian and French would be an advantage. ? Good knowledge of networks I.T. topics (LAN Infrastructure, Hardware and Software), advanced PC skills (good command of Windows and Office). The CompTIA A+ certification will be considered an advantage. ? Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ? Able to work with flexibility, as will be required for out of hours standby support on a rota basis. ?Clean Driving License. ? Good interpersonal, relationship & communication skills both written & verbal along with good customer relationship skills
