Account Manager Customer Service & Sales
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
Manage current customer accounts and relationships and work to resolve open issues and concerns
Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with Unit staff to deliver against these expectations
Work with customers and internal staff to accomplish the work needed for the production.
Maintain and update appropriate databases and sales system relative to planning and pricing
Organisation and support for internal and external food presentations.
Internal quality checks
Provides regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Completed commercial education
Experience in Customer Service and Complaint Management in an appropriate field – foodservice or hospitality industry
Analytical skills as well as an excellent handling of MS-Office and a natural familiarity with numbers
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Result orientation and able to work in a team and under pressure
Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Treats the customer with dignity and respect
