Passenger Services Agent
The successful applicant should have a pleasant personality, be fluent in (Swiss) German, English and preferably French. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work in a customer services oriented team, possess computer (MS-Office) knowledge and be able to maintain composure, confidence and be reliable at all times.
Your main responsibilities are consulting customers via telephone and e-mail and provide competent support in all aspects of Singapore Airlines premium products and services.
Airline ticketing knowledge and experience in Altea/Amadeus or other GDS is not mandatory but will be considered favourably.
