Head of Talent Innovation - Region Europe
As the Head of Talent Innovation (TI) – Region Europe (RE) you will be responsible for partnering with Leaders/Business for building the required capabilities and transforming leadership behaviors to be more agile, creative, collaborative, and 'fast-learning' to establish Roche as a 'best place to work'. You will partner closely with RE Head of HR as well as RE Functional Heads and HR stakeholders across Roche (e.g., CoE).
You will also be responsible for developing the regional vision, strategic objectives and plans for talent innovation and development based on current and future capability needs. You will also align with global and local HR approach and decisions and be in charge of the development of agile and flexible leadership capabilities.
Furthermore, you are responsible for assessing talent development programs together with HR BPs and other HR functions with a view to smart standardization. As a Head of TI you will be in control of aligning and executing Group talent programs in collaboration with CoE and Group HR. You also ensure pipeline of ‘fit for future’ talents based on emerging capabilities.
In addition, as the Head of Talent Innovation Europe you will be responsible for the following:
Developing an architecture for professional skill training programs in collaboration with other training functions
Cascade to General manager -2 teams and development programs to evolve further creative and agile leadership skills
Keeping informed about state-of-the-art talent management initiatives
Identifying and developing talents within the region
Developing strong collaboration and communication with the COEs

You will have a Bachelor's degree preferably with a business focus, an MBA or Master degree in HR would be an advantage. Talent management and leadership development experience and leadership and coaching experience of virtual teams within a matrix organization is essential for this position.
