Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager you will be a rock star! You will supervise relationships to our most important customers and build strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term trust of key customer peers and help cultivate and preserve that trust by providing a consistent and reliable customer experience. You will be motivated to go the extra mile at any moment. Your responsibilities include:

  • You acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • You develop trust relationships with key customers to ensure highest satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • You advance these relationships by continuously proposing new solutions and seize new opportunities
  • You manage complex sales cycles and customer organizations
  • You work in close cooperation with both our product management and technical teams in order to plan and close deals

You are fluent in German and English and you are highly motivated to learn new skills and expand your knowledge. The following skills will make you successful:

  • You impress with your value selling approach in complex IT environments (preferably in selling managed IT services)
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels, incl. C-level
  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • You have a strong affinity with digitalization trends and cybersecurity
  • Your knowledge in the areas of Secure SD-WAN, Global Connectivity, Cloud deployments (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), SOCaaS and Cybersecurity would be an advantage
