Regional Management Coordinator Middle East & Northern Africa /
Global Research Management Coordinator 80%

In this role you will support the AOTrauma Regional Director Middle East & Northern Africa / Global Research Manager.

You will be required to:

- Administrative support for the AOTrauma Regional Director Middle East & Northern Africa/Global Research Manager
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events (congresses, symposia, forums, etc.)
- General support for international commissions and regional boards/committees (governance, elections, processes, minute writing and follow-up on action points)
- Service at AOTrauma booth at some selected events in Middle East
- Administrative and project support for global AOTrauma Research including coordination activities such as research calls, database management, etc.
- Coordinate internal and external communication
- Coordinate selected special projects
- Business travel 4 - 6 times per year in Middle East and Europe

In order to master this challenge you have

- Commercial education or an event management background
- At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in similar role
- Experience in project coordination, ideally within an international healthcare/medical/life sciences environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, reasonable command of German would be an advantage
- Ability to effectively work with tight deadlines and to work independently
- Very strong organizational skills, high customer orientation, good attention to detail
- Motivated, energetic self-starter with trustworthiness and reliability
- Ability to progress multiple projects in parallel
