For the management of our Bioanalytics group, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Group Leader
Group Leader Bioanalytics (MP0147)
This challenging and diverse position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:
Management of a group of four scientists and associates
Oversight of in-house method development and qualification activities of a variety of assays including PK-, ADA-, Biomarker- and cell-based potency, activity and nAb assays
Identification, oversight and management of CROs from method transfer and validation to GxP-compliant sample analysis
Representation of the Bioanalytics function in development project teams.
The ideal candidate should have a Master of Science or PhD in life sciences and at least 5 years of professional experience in a leadership position in the field of developing and validating bioanalytical and biomarker assays. In addition, you should also bring along:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across different departments and hierarchies
Hands on experience in developing and validating bioanalytical and biomarker assays
In depth understanding and practical experience with a broad spectrum of techniques, including ligand-based, cell-based, PCR-based, histology-based and FACS-based methods
Expert knowledge of the applicable GxP framework, guidelines and whitepapers and a proven track record of maneuvering in a regulated environment
Proficiency in English including excellent writing skills, German is a strong asset.
