CRM Technical Lead 100%
Duties and responsibilities:
Promote knowledge retention within the IT and business teams about solutions and processes through documentation
Lead support and provide assistance for IT Operations and users of the CRM applications, with Root Cause Analysis and Options and Recommendations
Technically supervise external on/off-shore development resources for enhancing existing applications with new features
Do review of development deliverables (during design and code reviews)
Scope projects and support End to End testing
Optimize and enhance functionalities, performances and system capabilities in the existing CRM applications. Promote cost effective and shared software solution
Support Audit activities
University degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Telecommunication industry background
At least 5 years development experience in Java/JEE including Java Security; EJB
Comprehensive knowledge of JEE best practices and open source frameworks (Spring/Hibernate)
