Global Petroprojects Services provides tailored solutions to specific human resources needs in order to support Saipem worldwide operational activities rooted in the Oil & Gas Service Industry. For our office in Zurich, we are looking for an addition to our International Insurance department team starting April to manage and administer insurance and pension fund claims of our international employees.
Insurance Claims Officer 100% (m/w)
To ensure correct administration and reporting of pension scheme & insurance solutions of International employees;
To liaise with insurance providers to ensure the correct and timely insurance coverage of employees;
To update companies system with information on enrolment and closure of insurance plans;
To manage sickness and accident claims of the international workforce;
To act as a service center to international employees with regards to their pension schemes & insurances;
To liaise with insurance providers to process claims and invoices;
To liaise and coordinate with internal departments as well as international projects and branches in all cross function queries regarding insurances of international employees;
To ensure that Company standards and procedures are applied correctly.
1 to 2 years’ experience in a related field (Insurance claims, statistics, reporting)
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload;
Ability to provide highly accurate output with attention to details at all times;
Excellent English skills (spoken and written); Italian is beneficial;
Expert in Excel and affinity to all kind Software applications.
