Global Senior HR Manager


The global Senior HR Manager is responsible for transformational HR work and associated projects, to include strategy and execution for Talent Management, Talent Development and HR processes at Bystronic Group. Reporting to the Head of Group HR, the Senior HR Manager acts as a strategic trusted advisor to leaders and their extended management teams within the Group.

  • Support of the 33 global entities in all HR topics
  • Coach Managing Directors & Managers through challenging performance management situations as well as creating development opportunities
  • Work as a strategic partner to implement talent strategies to improve near and long term business performance
  • Talent acquisition and retention for Global Management functions
  • Drives implementation of global projects and initiatives
  • Pushing the Employer Branding Strategy
  • Responsible for the global KPI reporting
  • Project Leader "People Development" in the project "World Class Service"


  • A minimum of 8 years of directly applicable international HR experience or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience
  • University or Master degree
  • Demonstrated experience working across all levels of an organization including senior leaders and influencing effectively
  • Strong project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities with focus on results
  • Ability to adapt & respond effectively to a rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel
