Manager Regulatory Transformation in Financial Services Consulting
What you can expect from us.
You will work as a project manager primarily in the regulatory change field with the option of working on performance improvement projects.
You will work with stakeholders across all business functions, including technology partners, to communicate the impact of new regulation.
You will drive and own planning, reporting, and management and deliver changes throughout the lifecycle of such (including testing and managing change as it is rolled out).
You will provide reporting and analysis statistics of delivery during the lifecycle and provide analysis of service success by managing key service performance indicators.
You will deepen your expertise and grow through tailored trainings.
What we expect from you.
You have a university degree and at least 5 years' experience of managing large, complex projects and large teams in different work streams.
Your industry and technical knowledge will include regulatory change in relation to the UK, US, Europe and Asia, MiFID 1, and MiFID 2, organisational change and change management, SixSIGMA.
You have experience of working with the full project lifecycle, e.g., defining the strategy to implement the new regulation, producing the project work plan, scope, schedule, reports, process gap analysis and the presentation of project results. A successful candidate can manage multiple small to large initiatives end to end throughout the project lifecycle.
You are able to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances and make proposals to senior management and key stakeholders.
You have proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies (including Agile/Waterfall).
You have extensive experience of working in an investment banking change environment.
