What does the role involve?
Define, develop, implement, ensure adherence and measure execution of the risk framework and quality system for Hilti's customer software, in close alignment with the product management and development teams.
Manage quality risks and ensure SW product compliance with customer requirements in line with the high Hilti quality standards. Coordinate defect management, root cause analysis and corrective action / preventive action planning throughout the value chain. Drive continuous improvement to the quality and risk management system and processes. Coach teams in living and applying defined processes, holding them accountable through regular reviews. Coordinate and support process and system reviews, penetration tests and audits.
What you need is:
Solid educational background in the area of SW or related subject, master degree preferred
Working experience in SW quality systems and risk management for commercial software, along with systematic working process definition and implementation
Proven track record in naturally applying methodologies like RCA, CAPA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa and others in your daily work
Global citizen with open mindset, used to working in a multi-cultural team across multiple locations
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
