Senior Research Associate
We are looking to recruit a Senior Research Associate as member of the Global Human Resources Practice. Working closely together with a dedicated Senior Client Partner, this role will entail working on international executive search projects at the highest levels.
The role is all about understanding the clients’ needs and creating a strategy to find the right talent to match these needs. In our execution, we are focusing on targeted and effective research and market insight into the Human Resources Community to find the right talent for our clients. Becoming an expert in this specific function will be critical for your own career development. Additionally, you will work on cross-industry projects, including searches within the consumer and life sciences industries, nurturing relationships with candidates, proactively manging talent pools and building the brand of Korn Ferry and the Global Human Resources Practice.
You will be passionate about research, have the ability to manage and process information in an effective and accessible manner and possess the tenacity to keep on going.
Successfully execute search assignments in close cooperation with the Senior Client Partner and the wider team.
Project manage the stages of the search process so as to always ensure the highest quality execution of client engagement.
Lead the identification, qualification and communication with candidates during the search engagement and informing the Partner of progress and issues.
Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company’s knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities.
Excellent communication skills; written, spoken as well as listening. Senior Associates will be articulate and persuasive, and able to communicate complex matters in a straightforward manner.
Professional Experience / Qualifications
Seven or more years of professional experience, gained within a relevant environment and, ideally with exposure to Human Resources, internal talent acquisition etc.
Excellent communication, oral, business-writing and listening skills.
Ability to make presentations at executive or board levels of client companies.
Experience in managing multiple projects effectively.
Self-confident and self-motivated, dynamic, and accomplished.
Detail oriented and able to work well under deadline pressure.
Able to work independently.
University degree or equivalent is required.
Fluent in English.
