Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Job specification

- Production of dedicated solo and consolidated regulatory returns to the Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential Regulation Authority, European Banking Authority and the Guernsey Financial Services Commission

  • Design and implementation of Microsoft Access database solutions linked to our state-of-the-art data warehouse to meet new regulatory and financial reporting requirements, including use of Visual Basic for Applications
  • Field and respond to enquiries and ad hoc information requests related to regulatory reporting
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at the individual entity as well as at

Group level

  • Ensure the quality and the integrity of the data
  • Critically review and question existing processes to identify improvements
  • Back up and substitute other team members

Required profile


  • Degree in Finance / Banking, Business Information Technology or Accounting
  • Work experience in international finance industry (Bank, Asset Management or Insurance)
  • Practical experience in VBA programming
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Client- and end-product-orientated with focus on timely and accurate delivery
  • Ability to work well in an international team environment to achieve common goals
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
