Overall responsibility for test concept, planning, execution and reporting within the channels domain.
Managing the test resources in sync with the project plan.
Coordinate the testing preparation and execution together with internal and external partners.
Organizing test-related meetings and acting as SME in further project related ones.
Responsible for managing the test environments and for the setup of the tests as such.
Coordinate with testing competence centre.
Minimum 5 years as Test Manager.
In-depth knowledge in JIRA, SPIRA and agile project methodologies.
Aware of best-practices in terms of test planning, coordination, execution and reporting.
Good banking knowledge in general.
Hands-on experience with channels in the area of at least eBanking with knowledge in payment processing and trading.
Strong knowledge in testing of web-based and mobile applications.
Proving tenaciousness towards deliveries of external and internal partners.
Innovator in terms of further optimization of testing activities (e.g. process improvements, Quality gate, Smoke and regression test).
ISTQB and Scrum certifications are an advantage.
Other beneficial skills: knowhow of Crealogix eBanking Suite, Temenos products and market-proven portal solutions and technologies.
Strong coordination and communication skills, incl. preparation of status and decision information.
Hands-on mentality, i.e. also acting as a strong analytical test executer where required.
