What does the role involve?
You will work in the Hard Materials area, a very dynamic and active research field globally. As a Project Manager, you are responsible to deliver the projects within the quality, costs and schedule targets, while growing and developing your project team. By establishing sound and clear project structure, you ensure clear target setting, prioritization and timely execution, by all the parties involved in the project. Inspiring discussions with international internal and external stakeholders are key to foster a common understanding and close alignment.
What you need is:
University degree in material science, Ph.D. is a clear benefit
Experience with hard and superhard materials required, knowledge in powder metallurgical technologies and metal cutting and rock drilling process are a plus
Proven project management experience, with strong moderation, communication and presentation skills
Drive for result and high personal standard of performance
