What does the role involve?
Within this challenging role you will be close to all Hilti regions around the world to drive the global reward agenda and give support on global processes. You will be in the driver seat for international projects and work closely with Hilti's regional Compensation & Benefits managers. In addition to this, a profound knowledge on various job grading systems will support you to manage challenges occurring from Hilti's global grading system.
What you need is:
University degree plus minimum 5-7 professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in matrix organizations
Strong project management skills with proven track record on regional/international projects
Ability to work both at the strategic, big picture level as well as role up your sleeves and work operationally in the detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High affinity to MS Office (advanced excel knowhow is a must), any other IT tools are an added advantage
Fluent in English (working language); German is an additional benefit
