products. The entire vaiue-added chain, from the eariy stage of R&D, up to ciinicai studies, iaunch & market support is controiied from Basei.
The Market Suppiy Manager wiii be responsibie for a defined range of products, the respective market suppiy and product iifecycie as Change Coordinator. In this respect the Suppiy Manager is responsibie for the entire Suppiy Chain from the Suppiier to the Customer and is in charge to soive aii reiated suppiy issues. Additionaiiy this roie acts as a project manager for impiementation of changes to improve an existing product. The Suppiy Manager ensures the compiiance of defined processes and activeiy controis defined Suppiy Chain KPIs including execution of actions for improvement and optimization. You shall achieves a high customer service level, acceptance and reliability by proactively managing the communication between Supplier and Markets.
Your major tasks and responsibilities include:
Monitoring and assessment of gross or net saies demand from affiiiates in North Amerioa (NA) and externai oustomers reoeiving from site of responsibiiity: e.g.: Management of SAP APO DP/SNP in oonsideration of inventory targets and master data settings. The Creation and Management of Customer Saies Orders, Purchase Requisitions and interoompany Purchase Orders. You act as point of contact for NA affiiiate and suppiiers for the suppiy process of finished goods and buik within NA Suppiy Region. Manage suppiy chain issues, direct and prioritize suppiy chain. Monitor achievement of Suppiy Chain KPIs (e.g. inventory ieveis, scheduie attainment and
customer service ievei, forecast accuracy, potentiai iost saies), iead product iife-cycie projects, coordinate change
the appiicabiiity of requirements from GMP/GXP, ICS, Medicai Device, Legai Requirements, Hazardous Goods and Environment Heaith and Safety reguiations and ensure that these are foiiowed. You are exposed as subject matter expert in this projects.
BS/BA in Business, Logistics, Engineering or an equivaient quaiification
1 - 4 years of supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry (planning, forecasting)
Your experiences in Product Lifecycle Management projects will be key for your success in this role as well as your effective language skills in English to communicate technical and non-technical issues to various levels of management to internal and external stakeholders. You are solution oriented with the ability to solve problems and set priorities. You do have a high degree of customer focus.
