What does the role involve?
You will play key role in product development projects to establish the link between the knowledge available in the service community and the development of new products by defining and managing design to service actions.
You will be responsible for the definition of service concept and standards for your product category as well as for the training concept and knowledge transfer.
In strong collaboration with global team of experts you will ensure the implementation of repair standards and performance targets for different service regions.
In the scope of our global strategy and together with a highly performing team you will shape the future of our global service organization by managing high impact (interdivisional) projects.
What you need is:
Master's degree in Engineering or a similar educational background
Several years of relevant professional experience in a technical environment
Understanding business strategies and having the ability to set clear priorities
Strong conceptual competence, analytical thinking and change management skills
Experience in an international / intercultural environment is a plus
Fluent English required, German is beneficial
