Unilever Foodsolutions (UFS) is the dedicated foodservice division within Unilever and enjoys strong benefits as part

foodservice industry. For UFS Switzerland we are searching for the best leader in B2B sales, who will transform how UFS
goes to market in this sophisticated, competitive and fast changing market. The role reports into the Managing Director
for CH and has full authority to make necessary changes, delivering a step change in operational intensity, as well as
a new customer development strategy including digital & ecommerce that sets this business up for continued success
in the years to come. Upon success in this role, the candidate will have ample opportunity to further develop her or

Responsibilities:Turnover responsibility: 70 m GSVPeople responsibility: 7 direct reports (3 Regional Sales Managers, 4
Telebusiness Agents), total sales organization of 35 Job:Leading the development of our Customer Development strategy
for Switzerland for 2020, leveraging the knowledge of the UFS network where relevantEnlarge the UFS customer base and
grow through a smart combination of visits from the UFS sales force, sales reps of the distributors UFS works with,
telesales and digital marketingMassively increasing the penetration of top selling SKUs among these Operators, through
the same meansPartnering with national and regional distributors, driving sell-in as well as sell out together to
deliver the agenda to double the customer base and penetrate many more productsPioneering Ecommerce as new emerging
route to marketRe-designing and training the field sales force and distributor management organizations to work in this
integrated way (field force + distributors sales reps + telesales + digital marketing) constantly upgrading talent
and driving a healthy performance cultureChange agent of future strategy and organization in the CH Leadership
TeamDriving operational intensity in delivering strategy and plans, creating the habit of delivering on commitments
