Administrative Coordinator 50%
As a crucial member of the team and critical contributor to the operational excellence, the Administrative Coordinator is directly responsible for planning and implementing all client schedules.
We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible, forward-thinking and reliable performer to join and strengthen our team on a 50% basis as soon as possible.
Support of selected international referrers and agents
Handling of administrative tasks
Special projects and duties as assigned by the manager
Your experience and skills:
Advanced training or certification in office administration or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent skills with MS Office
Advanced medical understanding and project experience are a plus
a structured thinker with strong organisation and planning skills
highly flexible and resilient under pressure
motivated with a relentless “can-do” attitude
ready to face new challenges on a daily basis
open to embrace change and new ideas
eager to learn and solve complex problems
a strong communicator, well versed in interacting at all levels
fluent in English and German - French, Arabic, Chinese and any other languages are a plus
