Account Manager Customer Service
The Account Manager Customer Service will report to the Manager Customer Service and will be responsible for after sales customer service for his own clients (operating plants). This position manages the entire process, which includes:
Preparation of proposals in response to incoming requests. This includes clarifications of technical and commercial details, investigate product, item, or service availability with internal and external partners and determine costs and schedules to create meaningful proposals.
Process incoming customer orders. This includes the procurement process for goods and services from suppliers, the internal order process according to company policies and logistic activities up to delivery to the client.
Using its technical knowledge, experience and with support from senior staff, elaborate the recommended spare parts list for new projects.
Skills & Experience
Completed technical apprenticeship
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a technical/industrial environment with commercial exposure to Sales and Procurement
Languages (written and spoken): German and English
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
