CONCEPTUAL DESIGNER - TEAM UBS
We seek a leading Conceptual Designer to manage our global advertising solutions for our client UBS. This is an exciting position, working across multiple creative projects for a variety of channels and range of international markets.
The Designer, reporting into the Creative Director for Team UBS and working closely with the Copywriter, will have the following core responsibilities:
Be the lead designer all UBS creative content, managing creative development through the agency process.
Provide lead art direction and recommendations for applying creative across a range of channels, specifically integrating and adapting creative to different digital and social channels.
Collaborate with copywriters to ensure creative and copy alignment.
Apply creative insight to adapt creative to different global markets, where applicable.
Apply strategic and research insights to art direction to continuously push creative work forward.
Apply web and UX design knowledge to online areas.
Prepare and present key creative work to clients.
Develop strong and positive relationships with partners both internally and externally.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an inspiring, solutions-orientated Conceptual Designer that is familiar working across a range of channels and international markets. The Designer should lead all creative content and apply creative principles to adapt creative to different channels. Experience within digital and social is critical. This is a fast-paced global role, which requires strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for great creative work.
Multiple years creative art direction experience working with tier one clients within an advertising/ communications agency. Must be familiar with creative development processes and associated timings.
Strong knowledge of art and production requirements, including good knowledge of web design and UX.
General understanding of media principles, with a specific emphasis on digital and social media channels.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Good presentation skills with the ability to present creative concepts to clients.
Creative solutions orientated with the character to encourage uptake of new creative ideas.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix type structure.
Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good command of English.
