COPYWRITER - TEAM UBS
We seek a leading Copywriter to deliver our global advertising solutions for our client, UBS. This is a challenging role, working across multiple creative projects for a variety of channel and international markets. A passion for the brand and delivering best in class campaign activity is essential.
The Copywriter, reporting into the Creative Director for Team UBS and working closely with the Art Director, will have the following core responsibilities:
Be the lead Copywriter for all UBS creative content, managing copy development through the entire creative process.
Provide recommendations for adapting copy and creative to different digital and social channels.
Collaborate with Art and Creative Directors to ensure creative and copy alignment.
Apply creative insight to adapt creative to different global needs, where applicable.
Apply strategic and research insights to creative to continuously push creative work forward.
Prepare and present creative work to clients.
Develop strong and positive relationships with partners both internally and externally.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly professional Copywriter with experience leading creative across multiple channels and international markets. The Copywriter should work in close collaboration with the Art Director to develop best in class creative, with specific knowledge and experience working across digital and social channels. This is a fast-paced global role, which requires strong attention to detail and high-quality work. Dedication to delivering engaging creative is essential.
2-3 years creative experience working as a copy writer for English speaking clients, developing ideas, texts and concepts.
Good knowledge of the creative development process.
Strong knowledge of art direction and production requirements.
General understanding of media principles, with a specific emphasis on digital and social media channels.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Creative solutions orientated with the character to encourage uptake of new creative ideas.
Good presentation skills with the ability to present creative concepts to clients.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix type structure.
Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English with perfect English grammar – knowledge of German a bonus.
