AD OPERATIONS MANAGER - TEAM UBS
We seek a dedicated Ad Operations manager to join our team delivering global advertising solutions for our client, UBS. This is a fast paced and challenging position, managing multiple integrated advertising campaigns across numerous international markets simultaneously. Core responsibilities: The Ad Operations Manager reporting to Head of Performance, Team UBS has the following core responsibilities:
Implement, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns, display, programmatic, mobile, social, search and newsletter using Adform Adserver and DSP, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Search and Social Media account tool
Apply insights from data analytics to all activity to ensure constant optimisation.
Assist with implementation of A/B testing, personalization and analysis to guide performance outcomes.
Input into, and apply data segmentation strategies with DMPs.
Recommend opportunities for in- and cross- market media performance improvements.
Act as a market leader across digital and media trends to drive campaign activity forward.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a qualified Ad Operations Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, critical thinking, experienced in campaign execution with appreciation for data driven insights to guide optimisation, we would like to meet you. We are looking for someone in charge of execution, optimization & reporting for digital campaigns and can communicate outcomes clearly to ensure campaign activity continue to successfully evolve.
BSc degree in Marketing or Communications.
Proven work experience as an Ad operations manager
Experience in working with Adservers, DSPs/DMPs, Search and Social accounts
Experience with various 3rd party rich media ad serving systems.
Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling, experiment implementation, etc.
Understanding of different data sets and their impact on campaign performance.
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix type structure.
Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English – knowledge of German a bonus.
