HEAD OF PERFORMANCE - TEAM UBS
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Head of Performance media that can successfully lead sophisticated marketing campaign activity across multiple channels and international markets. This is a fast paced challenging position, managing numerous media platforms. If you are a senior media expert, data results driven, and excel at optimizing large scale campaigns, then we want to hear from you.
Core responsibilities: The Head of Performance Team UBS, has the following core responsibilities:
Develop media strategies for all campaign activity across all international markets, working closely with the Head of Strategy and Content.
Lead and oversee all paid media activity for campaign activity across all international markets, ensuring all activity fires across all channels seamlessly.
Provide exceptional leadership and direction, pushing media performance optimisation across search, social and display platforms.
Lead and identify key testing opportunities within the media framework to constantly generate key learnings and insights.
Oversee media implementation work-streams and resource accordingly.
Take ownership for all media results and reporting, including presenting key results to clients and providing constant recommendations to improve media performance.
Oversee all marketing analytics, working closely with strategy teams to build a reporting and metrics framework and input into key media reporting.
Regularly analyse performance of the ads and recommend key solutions for improvements and optimisations.
Lead, apply an encourage a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed company goals, working closely with the strategy team.
Own all media results and use insights to guide strategic and creative recommendations.
Collaborate with Head of Strategy and Content and Senior Data & Dashboard Analyst to develop a clear audience segmentation strategy.
Lead and oversee implementation of an audience segmentation approach within relevant media channels.
Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 performance managers, ensuring delivery of best in class media activity and exceeding client KPIs.
Act as a market leader expert for all media channels, ensuring we remain at the forefront from a media, implementation, analytics and optimisation perspective.
Provide hands on support setting up and optimizing paid search and paid social activities if necessary
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a qualified Head of Performance Marketing to join our team. If you are an analytical, tech-savvy professional, experienced in all aspects of media performance we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills who has the ability to lead, manage, and drive media optimisations on constant basis. This person is driven to excel in all areas - with a strong drive to exceed results and continuously apply insights to push campaign activity forward. You should be a natural leader, capable of encouraging direct reports to deliver superior performance and communicating results to senior client partners.
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Media or Communications.
Minimum 5 years experience leading and managing media performance.
Proven leadership experience as a performance marketing manager
Expertise managing ads across multiple channels, mainly Google, Facebook and Programmatic
Strong experience optimizing digital marketing channels and retargeting and data-driven campaigns.
Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling, experiment implementation, etc.
HTML experience is a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing channels.
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix type structure.
Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English – knowledge of German a bonus.
