JUNIOR ACOUNT MANAGER CONTENT PARTNERSHIPS TEAM UBS
We seek a dedicated and driven Junior Account Manager Content Partnerships to join our team delivering global advertising solutions for UBS. This is a demanding role in a past face environment, leading high level content partnerships with numerous renown publishers. The Junior Account Manager Content Partnerships, reporting to the Head of Account Management for Team UBS, has the following core responsibilities:
Assist and support Account Management team to achieve all campaign activity, working to ensure key client deliverables are met on a daily basis.
Act as a general Account Manager support for all functions.
Manage and assist with development of digital content marketing calendar and organisational workflow, working and aligning with Content Manager and strategy, creative and media teams.
Manage Day-to-day management of clients’ content marketing activities.
In collaboration with the Content Manager, ensure all content is correctly and appropriately tagged to allow for media tracking and analysis.
Liaise with content partners in a regular and professional manner, proactively identifying new and improved content opportunities when applicable.
Collaborate with designers, researchers and product managers to deliver an editorial plan and content to meet business objectives.
Regularly communicate with clients´ project managers around content activity.
Complete campaigns and projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
Generate accurate reports and status notifications.
Apply knowledge and skills towards efficient and effective project management.
Be familiar with best in class content marketing, identifying key trends and opportunities within the content space to constantly push branded content forward.
Apply data insights to content marketing activity to allow for ongoing improvements and optimisations.
Create compelling and engaging brand stories and narratives that align with broader brand strategies and deliver against content partner target audiences needs and wants.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Account Manager Content Partnerships to join our team. You will assist and manage our client’s digital content partnerships and broader campaign activity, ensuring that they run smoothly, on time, and on budget. We are looking for someone with knowledge in content marketing, especially across digital channels and who is data/results-driven. Exceptional communication skills are required to liaise with both client and content partners as well as passion for this demanding area of content partnerships.
Experience in account management and/or content marketing within an advertising, communications, marketing or media agency.
BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or relevant field.
Experience with content and/or media partners - have roots in content and product marketing, positioning, and strategic storytelling with the help of data.
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels with specific experience in digital and social channels.
Flexible, able to solve problems with a growth mindset.
The ability to plan, execute, strategise, and apply insights.
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix type structure.
Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English – knowledge of German a bonus.
