For our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for aProject Manager Advertising & Media (f/m)The Advertising & Media Project Manager is globally responsible for the successful implementation and management of IWCs advertising campaign across all media - from offline to online. In this role he/she is working closely with internal partners and external agencies and acts as a first contact for all advertising matters for the markets. In Media, the Advertising & Media Project Manager is managing the yearly media planning process of the markets. In this role he/ she supervises and monitors the local implementation of the global media strategy in close co-operation with the relevant managers in the markets and the central media agency in Paris. The production of product movies (Product Trailers, Product Novelties) and product shootings is another task. The Advertising & Media Project Manager is managing the production of these projects in cooperation with internal peers (IWC Creative Center, FFF Producer) and external suppliers.
Advertising * Production & implementation of IWC's entire advertising campaign across all media including print and online ads, multipage-formats (folders), billboards, etc.* IWC Media Center: Management of the local ad production in the markets in close cooperation with the ad production company, corporate design and format control, compilation of all necessary guidelines and manuals, administration of IWC's Media Center * First contact and consultant for local marketing project managers all around the implementation of the annual advertising campaignMedia* Monitoring and revision of all local plans to ensure full alignment with IWC's global media strategy, monitoring and supervision of local implementation as well as the compilation of production overviews* Analysis and reporting on advertising campaigns on a regularly basis exploring new trends in media landscapeFilms* Management and production of the diverse product film & photo-projects in cooperation with internal peers and external agencies/ productions
* University degree in Marketing & Communications* 1-2 years of experience in a similiar role in the luxury industry* German mother tongue, fluency in English, French is an advantage
