ACCOUNT MANAGER - TEAM UBS
We seek a dedicated and driven Account Manager to join our team delivering global advertising solutions for UBS. This is a demanding role in a past face environment, leading multiple campaigns simultaneously across a number of international markets. If you are passionate about leading integrated advertising campaigns for tier one clients, we would like to meet you.
The Account Manager, reporting to the Head of Account Management for Team UBS, has the following core responsibilities:
Act as the key point of contact for key client partners to keep them informed and aligned on all campaign activity. This involves regular, clear communication with clients´ project managers and ownership of project timelines.
Manage overall campaign workflow for all campaigns across all international markets.
Day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns and projects across all teams internally and externally to ensure projects run smoothly.
Apply knowledge and skills towards efficient and effective project management.
Apply research and insight understanding to campaign activity to push brand campaigns forward.
Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform collaboratively and in an integrated manner (online and offline, media, creative and strategy).
Completing campaigns and projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
Generating accurate reports and status notifications.
Encourage clients, team and broader agency partners towards productive and efficient work outcomes.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an extremely dedicated and passionate Account Manager to join our team with experience managing tier one clients. The Account Manager is responsible for the day to day management of global campaigns and projects, ensuring that they run smoothly, on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations. We are looking for someone with sophisticated marketing knowledge, strong experience in digital/social marketing and who is data and results-driven. You should also be a great communicator, solutions orientated, with the desire to build strong and positive client relationships across all levels.
BSc degree in Marketing or Communications.
Experience in tier one client relationship management with positive results.
A strong background in advertising, communications, design or marketing (media and creation, on- and offline).
Knowledge of marketing channels with a specific emphasis on digital and social channels.
Strong abilities to plan, execute and strategise with good ability to apply insights.
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix type structure.
Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English – knowledge of German a bonus.
