The purpose of this position is to support the Legal team CSL Behring Intercontinental administratively and organizationally.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Provide diversified legal administrative support to legal department including, but not limited to: word processing of letters and forms, contracts, preparation of power point presentations and other documents.
Maintenance of department sharepoints and iNet.
Processing of invoices, including approval and SAP processing.
Telephone coverage; organization of conference calls; scanning and photocopying of documents; processing and distribution of inbound mail; coordination of outbound mailings; order and maintain office supplies.
Obtaining notarization of documents, apostilles and legalizations, smaller translations from local language into English and vice versa, as applicable.
Keep and maintain as current, professional memberships and subscriptions; maintenance of electronic calendars; maintenance of records of Legal Partners’ attendance at external professional development events/activities and compliance with continuing professional development requirements (as applicable).
Maintain legal department library.
Organization and preparation of legal department on-site and off-site meetings and functions including, but not limited to: arrangement of facility space, transport, issuance and coordination of event invitations, procurement of refreshments and necessary equipment, keeping of minutes.
Support organization and tracking of Department training initiatives.
Make travel arrangements; process such travel requests and travel expenses in Concur or other CSL travel and expense system.
Maintain legal department files.
Support maintenance of CSL contract management system and assist in management of contract execution process.
Primary responsibility for maintaining corporate minute books and files, including preparation of corporate documents and submissions to authorities (e.g. trade registries). Provide and upload information and documentation to CSL’s corporate database and ensure it is up to date.
Additional administrative tasks and special projects, including learning management system support (eg Plateau/SmartSolve) and EHS responsibility for department as applicable.
Qualifications & Experience:
A few years of legal secretarial experience (e.g. in an industrial company, law firm, administration or court). Understanding of general legal issues as well as contracts. Demonstrated experience using and maintaining contracts and correspondence management or corporate databases.
Excellent oral and written skills in German, good oral and written skills in English and French
Very good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Reliable, precise, independent working style and responsible work ethic
