Act as a liaison between top management and employees worldwide to achieve a common understanding of and focus on Sonova's business objectives and strategic vision
Responsible for specific strategic internal communication projects
Support change communications, on a local and/or global level
Identify relevant employee engagement opportunities and events, and evaluate their effectiveness
Liaise with various stakeholders to identify key topics of global interest and ensure constant flow of relevant and high-quality content.
Develop content based on communications strategy as well as corporate messages for internal tools, events and social media channels
University degree in communications, media or marketing
4+ years experience in communication function
Self-organized with strong attention to detail
Capable of managing multiple tasks
Stays friendly and focused even when under pressure
Perfect knowledge of written and verbal English and German
