You will focus on Retail & Consumer and Industrial Products management consulting activities in Switzerland as well as abroad, across our global accounts and medium-sized companies.
You will support our clients from strategy to implementation on a wide range of topics, which could include: improving company performance (finance, budgeting, saving programmes), driving growth (market development, consumer insight, digitisation), improving operations (business model transformation, supply chain, procurement, processes), large transformations (programme management).
You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients, will help to extend our client network and build up specific industry and functional expertise.
You will work with multi-disciplinary and international teams and you will coach and develop junior team members.
You will manage projects, topics and teams independently and you will proactively support business development initiatives.

What we expect from you.
You have a master's degree in Business Administration or Economics or other quantitatively focused advanced degree.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience and a record of accomplishment with a professional services firm, or in-house consulting at a blue chip international company or similar, in strategy and operations.
You have strong and proven analytical-conceptual and project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and you are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
You are an influencer and are able to adapt to dynamic client environments, keeping the objectives in sight while systematically solving the problems on the ground.
You are fluent in English and preferably German; and you are flexible to travel.
