We are looking for an experienced
Team Leader, Maintenance Planning
The purpose of this position is to help improve the efficiency, productivity and quality of work on the execution of maintenance tasks in the LGN site. These optimizations are to be delivered by preparing the site work packages, anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and providing pro-active work execution through adapted and efficient maintenance strategies.
The Team Leader, Maintenance Planning is responsible for defining, assigning, monitoring and executing a structured job plan and task list to help insure efficient and effective deployment of necessary resources and material.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Accountable for the recruitment, leadership, development and performance of the Maintenance Planning team, in accordance with CSL Behring relevant policies and procedures.
Responsible for all aspects of Maintenance Plan development for all LGN buildings and equipment.
Participate in the preparation and continuous improvement of Maintenance Strategy plans.
Responsible for maintenance of Asset master data: functional location and equipment files, BOM and associated spare parts.
Responsible to perform Planner work flow functions in SAP.
Identify critical spare part needs, establish and optimize stock level requirements.
Responsible for ensuring maintenance operations scheduling and communication enable for safe operation and maintenance tasks execution.
Analyze equipment history, costs and repetitive repairs to improve equipment reliability
Perform task scheduling on a monthly, weekly and daily basis, communicating and coordinating with production planning and maintenance functions leads to determine work order priority, including regular review and prioritization of work order backlog.
Lead and participate in ad-hoc expansion and optimization projects as requested by management.
Support the transition from Capital project stage to operations as systems' commissioning is completed: update information in SAP database to reflect the improvement, addition, or deletion of equipment and their associated spare parts and maintenance procedures, additional BOM, and new Maintenance Strategies.
Participate in team effort to develop maintenance SOP's and preventative & predictive maintenance processes for all critical equipment within the facility
Develop the detailed task plan to fulfil the objectives of future site shutdowns: to include both routine maintenance tasks, equipment modifications and the implementation of site capital project activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Technician diploma or certificate in Maintenance desirable
Further education in Maintenance Planning desirable
Experience in Plant maintenance planning processes in a regulated production environment essential.
Experience with SAP PM system and familiarity with SAP-S4 HANA necessary
Team management experience desirable
Language: German mandatory, English strongly desired.
