Provide IT support with the latest technologies either remote or field to all of Sulzer AG users within the given region and other regions as needed.
Troubleshoot client machine, network connections, business applications, and special site requirements problems
Client machine, network connectivity (LAN/WAN),mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing devices setup and configuration
Manage Active directory accounts, groups, distribution lists and resources
Manage escalations of 1st Level IT/ apprentice staff by double checking tickets before routing them to 3rd level/global support group
Manage all tickets using the ticket tool and documents user requests within the system for reporting purposes
Report critical issues to 3rd level support group and management as needed
Perform in adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
We are looking for a proactive and diligent individual with a degree in IT (apprenticeship) combined with 2-4 years of experience in supporting MS / Windows environments and very good allround knowledge in hard- and software support. Ideally, you have user know how of ServiceNow and possess good ITIL knowledge (foundation level). Good to very good English language skills (oral and written) are mandatory, work experience in an IT department with a global setup would be highly beneficial. As a customer- and team oriented professional you will contribute to a well functioning support environment and have the opportunity to contribute to various projects in the area.
