Communicative IT Customer Service Clerk / multinational environment/ En+D
In this customer-oriented role you are ensuring the best incident management by logging all reports and call accurately into the systems. You will also be fixing first line incidents. For the customer, you are the first point of contact and liaising between all users and technical resolving teams. You proactively provide support to improve the end user experience. If time permits, some ad hoc tasks will have to be performed as well as potential project work.

Degree in IT or relevant; IT accreditations are a plus
You have already gained some experience in IT Service Desk environment. Microsoft certifications are a plus. Furthermore, you have ideally gained experience in a Windows and MS Office environment, have done trouble shooting, mobile support and exchange administration. You enjoy customer-facing time, have excellent manner skills (personally and over the phone) and offer a high level of quality focus with attention to details.
