What does the role involve?
As a Graduate Program & Recruitment Manager you will be recruiting for the global management development program, Outperformer, Hilti's graduate program for internationally mobile Master's students. You will be in charge for managing and coordinating all recruitment for the assessment centre. Additionally, you are acting as the local coordinator for all Outperformers in Headquarters.
Next to the Graduate Program Management you will be responsible for University Relations. This includes defining and executing a new University strategy for Headquarters.
Additionally, you will also be recruiting for various positions at Headquarters.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of new employees. This starts with the kick off meeting with the line and ends with the candidate signing the contract.
What you need is:
At least 5 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in university recruitment or graduate program management
Bachelor's degree in a HR related area with aspiration to pursue a master's degree
Experience in a matrix organization, preferable with international exposure
Aspiration for an international HR career
Excellent communication skills in English on all levels, German or other languages a clear benefit
